Delicacies of the night

Should one, amidst all the imbibing, feel the need for a nightly snack of the chow kind there's a good place for it.

About 200 meters south of the Condochain on the opposite side of the Phetskasem Road there's
an all-night restaurant called Usa Fasang. It is open 16.00 - 05.00 seven days a week. The food is really
good, original thai food, the beer is cold and the prices are OK. Usa Fasang is right next to an all-night Karaoke
place, but the croaking of the night-birds won't bother one enjoying the really good food. I've been there repeatedly
and seem to always have been the only farang there.

Pity, really, as the food is quite good.

Hiyya, thule,

Condochain is the big, white condo hard by the Phetskasem road abt. one Km south of the HH center.
It is on the sea side (left) of the main road going towards Khao Ta Kiap.

Usa Fasang is right next to Ruan Kaew Thai Massage on the other side of the Phetskasen road
from Condochain.

You'll like Usa Fasang.

farang... tried this place a couple of times last Dec - Jan. Yes food was good, but (like all authentic Thai restaurants ) you need to know what to order. Even tho I was with teeruk some of the dishes were not "quite" what I expected!! That said after a couple more gin tonic it all went down OK, and she liked to sing along with the band... :D

Sounds good.

Is it near the railway track?
When the drinking is finished, it's time to start drinking...
