Not according to Wikipedia - white guy yes, bearded yes but quite neat and trim.White guy with a big beard.
I'm surprised the OP didn't check Wikipedia first, there's a lot of information there on this sort of obscure stuff. I found an interesting article on the Farm to Market Road 1462 in Brazoria, Texas while I was looking.
