Yes, it's interesting purely from a financial viewpoint but before we all move there, here is a webcam of Torquay sea front at the moment: http://www.torquaywebcam.com/?webcam=corbyn
Lots of new cars in the UK now have daytime running lights which you can't turn off but it still looks grim in London, just how I remember dear old Blighty; grey, wet and cold.
...but before we do (drum roll...) maybe we can start a "Webcam" thread and populate with places from around the world. I personally find them very interesting no matter where.

Is Torquay the place where Faulty Towers was (supposed to be)? It sounds familiar...
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
Torquay is actually a nice enough small English seaside resort but unfortunately the South West of England sticks out into the Atlantic Ocean and suffers from miserable weather for much of the year. I spent some years based out of that part of the world when I was in the Navy, both in Devon and Cornwall.
They even have a name for a type of weather that they don't seem to have much anywhere else, it's called "mizzle" and is a cross between mist and drizzle which only occurs twice a year and lasts for about six months.
