So, who's next in line with a fine from their personal finances (probably whoever signed off on it)? I guess reconciliation and all will fix it despite it's slow pace. Love the bit about semantics regarding it's a barn-pledging scheme....
They need to realize that all agricultural subsidy programs are a massive loss everywhere in the world almost every time......look no further in the west than France and some notable others etc. What you get from subsidizing it is food security and no peasant revolts. Surprised they haven't figured this out already.
