Hop Ka Pong - where is it?

Can anyone tell me where Hop Ka Pong is? Some friends are interested in a house there, the description says it is just north of Cha'am and then goes on to say Macro is a five minute drive away!

As far as I know, there are only 2 Makro's in the area.

One at the begining of the byepass at the Pranburi end and one about 4km North of Petchaburi on the RHS as you head North.

To get to either of these from Cha Am in about a minute - you would need a Tardis or a rocket powered car at least!

Hup Kha Pong is just North of Cha Am.Go through the main lights in Cha Am as if you are heading towards BKK and go over the first flyover and you will see the Toyota garage on your left.Carry straight on and you will come to the next flyover which bends round on itself to join the main BKK road.Keep to the left just under the bridge and you will see a sign for the village and also one for The Royal Project.

Thanks Terry and Higgy,

I was sure there were only the two Macros in the area and I know the Thais like to drive at speed but......

Higgy I know exactly where you mean we bought some veranda furniture from a shop in that area

I think there might be some poetical license when it comes to the description of this house!
