Cha-Am Beach Villa, on the Beachroad. I use it only to go online.
Never stayed there, looks good, and WLAN for free.

From Narathip Road just left, about 300 meter.

From their website, there are no rates listed. I've already written them.

Any idea of rates please? Thank you.

I don`t know the rates, but on the website, they have a emailaddress and a phonenumber, so call or mail.

Free WIFI can be found at the ParkViewVilla, also called a "Goog Clean Hotel" a falang owns the place so he keeps it pretty clean and nice plus he has large rooms with all of the amenites for only 500bht a night, I have stayed there many of nights. Its located on soi 7 north next to the large hotel called the Kaenchan hotel, a landmark in cha-am. The number is 0810753703, its the guys cellphone as I have a biz card of his hotel so to book a room when in cha-am.
