No problem then.

It was just a general reminder for the rest of the board also.

We can list properties for owners in our database for as little as 333 baht a month, they get all the enquiries direct and we take no commission, contact us for more details.

Our list of villa rentals can be found here: http://property.huahinafterdark.com/pro ... pe=H&for=R
LEV I bet there many novices out there who would really like to get some constructive help from this website as I believe it is a good site once us novices learn it.

Absolutely, that is what HHAD is here for.

However due to the high number of freeloaders and spammers that frequent these pages we need to take precautions by setting up a comprehensive terms and conditions page and posting the odd reminder here and there.

We have also written a guide for novices which can be read here: http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/vi ... 26&t=10054

Hey bill,

Do not know if you are still looking, or found what you require....

However, without any personal property to rent myself, I am in a gated estate, renting a 3 bedroom, essentially town house on a small property.

But in my estate, and I am sure in the many others, there are many homes (mostly larger than mine) with for rent or sale signs.

So I guess it depends what you want to pay, as rents can be cheap; but farang do get ripped off often. And without being sure, based upon what I am paying for my home, I'd figure some of the larger ones would go for possibly somewhere around the 16 to 20 thousand Thai Baht a month.

I am aware the cost I am saying is possibly less than others have said are the rates.
But with a Thai partner, and Aussie common sence when it comes to money; I may get a better deal than the average Joe...okay.

Cheers Allan
