What would I get for 10,000 per month in Hua Hin? Would be for 3 months approx.

What do you want to rent?

Ladyboy (Nice one opposite O'Neils, maybe slightly more than 10,000)
Lady Girl (Take your pick down Bintabahn)
Car (See advert above)
Motor bike (Everywhere)
Horse (See Skittery Jim Opposite the Hilton)
Crane (Ask Barry)
Bar (Go to Bintabahn)
Drill (Homepro)
Land (Plenty available just drive around)
House (Lev pointed you in the right direction)

The list goes on!

Good one Jimmy: I was referring to accommodation. I remember seeing a for rent leaflet on the toilet wall in the U Turn Bar when I was there in October 2011. It was a large house, you had to look after the grass and swimming pool and was 10,000 per month. I am back in April again for 3 weeks. Is it better to just jump on a motorbike and look around rather than going through a real estate agent. I want to give it a try for 3 or so months next year. I will go and see JW
at Hot Property as well.

I've been renting (month at a time) for many years. I would hate to have to go back to hotels again - I suffer enough hotel nights with work. We've never gone through an agent. My daughter, who lives in Hua Hin, always arranges ours by simply looking/asking around. IMHO you should be able to get a half decent, furnished town house for that sort of money and a 3 month stay. The only problem you may encounter is if your stay encompasses high season.
