Regent Beach Hotel . Cha Am

Hi anybody know who is taking over the management of the Holiday Inn Regent Beach Resort from January 2013 ?
Wonder to me , unless there are contract obligations , it has taken so long even though present management setup , being polite , is wanting .

Hi i have stayed there before it become Holiday Inn Regent Cha Am interested in your post but don't quite understand.

The hotel is being taken back by the family that owns it and they will run it themsleves as they did before leasing the hotel to Holiday Inn.

It always used to be a really nice hotel before it became the Holiday Inn.
