lmonthly condo/ Apt wanted in mid range, help pls.

Post by exbrit »

So it seems for 8-10,000 baht I can get the Sports Villa/ condochain quality, and for 30,000 baht I can get a 1 bedroom condo in the newer buildings on the beach. But is there anything in the 20,000 baht range that is nice?

Thanks for the help.

We've just had a 3 bed rental house come available all of a sudden, in Soi 94 (1,200 metres from beach). Due to part-forfeited deposit, we could let it for 18k/month (furnished, A/C, WiFi internet, cable TV, terrace, garden, private soi with elec gates). Tel: 088-6321414.

Just sorting out details for the ad today admin, which we need anyway so will place an ad even if it goes in meantime.
