So what? I lived in place where people did this. I took a big plastic bag to the pool. Found a sunchair with a dry towel and nothing else of value, chucked the stuff in a bag and used the chair until I left or the towel's owner showed up. People rarely got bent out shape if my first response was to say I was just using it until somebody came back while packing up my stuff and blame the jackholes who thought they could claim a chair all day with just a towel. The other person would usually commiserate with me, even if they were guilty of the all day claim.

If its obvious it has been left overnight to reserve the seat, take the towel to reception and say it was left on chair by mistake,if they come looking for it tell him you thought someone must of forgot it last night and you handed it in.

Does anyone have any updates on Sports Villa,

I might/probably be coming back Hua Hin and want a apartment under 10'000 per month.
Reliable internet a must, as my income relies on it.

Someone said in a previous post you could get a room here for 5-6000, this sounds perfect.

If anyone knows of anything within the same price range, please pm me. Ta

Jose last year they started to build next door to Sport Villa to the right looking in.
In March they where just poring concrete footings might be worth asking for an update on this it's a low level development so modern in style looks like office units from the graphics on the hoardings could be compleat now but worthy of an update.

SV is fine but is badly in need of some refurbishment both inside and out.
It is looking a bit tired now especially with all the new buildings that have been erected around it.
Still the pool is as always excellent and value for money is probably as good as anywhere in Hua Hin.

I emailed sports Villa and got this reply, its a little bit steep, I pay less in BKK for a better setup.

1.Standard room : located on 3st floor to 4th floor with regular furnished.
Monthly rate is 8,000.- baht.
2.Deluxe room : located on 5th floor to 7th floor with newly furnished.
Monthly rate is 9,000.- baht.
3.Seaview room : similar to deluxe room but it provides ocean views.
Monthly rate is 10,000.- baht.
All monthly rate does not include water supply and electricity and housekeeping.

Best regards
Hua Hin Sport Villa

I'm guessing but I'd imagine 5-6000 depends on having a 1 year contract?

When we were looking at sport Villa we were told there would be a two month deposit, which I would absolutely not agree to.

The place gets pretty packed around high season so if you do want to stay there it might be best to book early or you might find the option is not there.
