Hua Hin Forum in partnership with Agoda

Post by Lev »

We have joined up with Agoda to offer our readers a wider variety of discount hotel rooms.

We will be adding more functionality to the forum shortly to enable you to quickly and easily scan through and book hotels in Hua Hin and Thailand.

Does it only work for hua Hin/Cha-Am? I see that it says "When do you want to go to Hua Hin / Cha-am?," but it's offering me Pattaya and Phuket hotels as well.

If it works elsewhere, how do I put in a destination please?

It works for all locations, just type the destination in the Agoda search box.

That was my point - there was no Agoda search box. However, where it says

World 258,126
Asia 42,893
Thailand 7,516
Hua Hin / Cha-am

I see if you click on World, Asia or Thailand the search box does come up.

Does that explain why I am suddenly beginning to get pop-ups from Agoda on my screen??

No, they are probably from Google ads placed on other websites - we do not use popups.

BB I would imagine that Agoda has set up a default page for Hua Hin/Cha Am that appears every time it is accessed on HHAD site as all is shows on that page is Hua Hin/Cha Am hotels.

If you click on the Thailand link at the top of the page, when that page appears, the search box plus a list of other Thailand destinations appear. So if you want Phuket, you can either type Phuket in the search box or just click on the Phuket section below there.

The rest of the site operation is pretty straight forward and much the same as Sawadee, Booking.Com, Wotif etc
