Area to look for cheap monthly rentals

Post by jdlancas »

I'm going to Hua hin for the first time. What areas should I look around to find a cheap apartment? Cheapest I can find with a western toilet and aircon. Thanks.

<8000 THB I'd say... I'd like cheaper...if that's feasible, but I assume it's a bit pricier here. My old place was 5000 THB.

Look at condos in the Soi 88/94 area. There's also a 'cheapie' on the way up to Hin Lek Fire.

Thanks; I appreciate the point in the right direction. What sort of rates should I expect to see?

My friend has a fully furnished Condo on Soi 94, and pays 4K per month. I think the place going up to Hin Lek Fire is even cheaper. You've basically got to find what is available when you're here.
