P.P Villa near Burger King..clean rooms, honest staff, large pool..between 900-1200/night. Sorry no contact No for them.
(When a Hua Hin bar sacked it's staff for drug-taking..they were all re-employed the same day... by Sand Inn)

So I looked at all the hotels in the area I wanted and based on the criteria of pool, balcony, restaurant, frig and safe in room and within walking distance to the night life/beach I booked the Sirin Hotel on Damnernkasem Road. About 1200/night.
Anyone have any recent input on this hotel? I found no recent posts at all.

I regularly visit their restaurant but friends of mine have been staying at Sirin and were very pleased. The only negative comment were it's getting very hot around the pool since there's buildings all around it. No air flow.
