Where to Stay

Post by BobSJ »

Hello,

I plan on visiting Hua-Hin this March and I would like to find a nice gurest house to stay at that is near the Hua-Hin Hilton. My buget is 900-1000b for a room. I would like a place that is clean, with a Double Bed, TV, AC. and a pool if available.

Thanks for the Help

P.P. Villa, Sailom (their prices go down off season), Thanawit Condotel (last off season their price was 1,000 baht/d, but high season as much as 2,000. I remember staying there for 700 baht/d about 4 years ago.

Last year I stayed at fulay guesthouse. Per night about 750B.
Very friendly staff and a quite, peacefull guesthouse.
I will go back to this soon.

Jed Pee Nong on the beach road has a pool, air-con and en-suite.
About 800 Baht last time I checked... but it has been renovated and I'm not sure if the price is the same... or if the pool is still there. Good location though.

You can kip on my couch for 1,000 baht per night ... no pool but the beer's cheap.

Hello,

Planning to visit 21 March -25 March. Coming from our home in BKK with the missus and would like a nice clean hotel near the beach (1000-1500 baht per night range). Not sure whether to get a hotel in Cha-am or Hua Hin. I've never been there and the wife hasn't since her childhood days (awhile back , like me ). We've heard so much about the area, so this is a short scouting trip also for possibly relocating.
Any suggestions?

You could try the City Beach Hotel or the Recently renovated Jed Pee Nong Hotel. Both are a 5 minute walk to the beach and located centrally in town. Cha-am is a lot quieter, more Thai's from BKK at the weekends.

Guesthouses Hua Hin

Post by johannes »

Hi Bob,
Many guesthouses about 2 miles from city center from 700 - 1000 bht in a soi 50 meters from a beautiful beach... E.g. Thipurai, Leng guesthouse (both on internet.) Good luck
