prices for infrastructure

Post by kaokalok »

Recently bought some land 6 km outside HH.
The electric line is about 300 metres away, how much would it cost to get the power there.
Also any idea of the price for a groundwatersystem?

Me thinks getting these costs before buying the land would have made more sense.

Don't think anybody will be asking for the phone number of your lawyer soon. These are things that should be done before you pay, don't tell me you are 300 metre's off the road and have to drive over somebody elses land!!

You buy the poles yourself about twenty metres apart and the cable and fittings and then they will come and connect depending on how much you pay will determine if it's done this year or never. Water could be anywhere
good luck on this one or start drilling.

To put you in the right ball park. A friend of mine had to pay 250,000 baht for electricity supply for only 50 metres.

As for water, SHADOW has hit the nail on the head.
