Development Managment Companies
Does anyone have recommendations for a Development Management Company. The Management Company will be responsible for implementing the policies agrees be the Juristic Committee. A company that has been involved with the "start up" of a Juristic Entity would be fantastic. We are a housing development not a condominium. If you are a company and need more information PM me. Thank you.

Terry+Carmen, Would you be kind enough to share any replies you might get via a PM please. I am looking for the same thing but for a Condominium Complex.

Interestingly we only had one recommendation. Does that mean that there are no management companies in Hua Hun worth recommending?

Some companies have tried in the past but have found it very difficult to make any money because of budgets offered, then with complaints all the time its just not wortg it. Property management here is a very tough job as staff get trained then leave etc etc.

Re: Development Managment Companies
The property management company at our new condo has walked out on us... not necessarily a bad thing as they were crap.
We (the juristic committee) have approached Plus Management for employment however they have refused the position based on the oversupply of Sansiri developments (of which gets priority as they are sister companies).
Can anyone recommend a professional property management company?
For condo owners - who is your property management company and what is your opinion of them?
Appreciate any replies.
