Post by magsandbilly »

Hi All

Can anyone advise whether it is legal in Thailand for the Lessor to apply Late Payment Penalty charges to Management Fee and Utility invoices, if payment, in full, has not been paid by the due date.

You have legal recourse if it is specifically written into a contract, i.e., exactly what the late penalty is and how long after the due date it is considered late. Even with that it could take years to settle if it goes to court.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
