Plenty available there, take a drive around La Vallee, note the agent numbers and call. Single story from 7k, double story from 19k highest was 60k, all depends how ling the rental period is for, the longer it is the better the rate

Thanks Steve

I will go take a look. Been to the estate many times but do not know their maintenance company which is important to me before we recommend any clients so I concentrate on the ones I have worked with for a number of years and know they do the job right. Location and price are very good.

I found it at the end, the prices vary, but it is possible to rent 2-3 bedroom bungalow in La Valleé light for 15,000 / month long term.. Without a swimming pool of course..

15,000 seems a bit on the high side for a 2-3 bedroom bungalow, but I have never seen La Vallee so maybe it's not.

It is not easy keeping a place rented in HH.

But renters, they are out there, after years of setting vacant. I was finally able to get one, so far akeeper, so at least one of my places rented again.

Last year I had this crazy Canadian/Christian zealot broad wanted all sorts of changes including spirit house removal only to walk away in the end. Before that is was an old Farang whose, Thai ex eventually found him, so he moved on, and before that it was Stamford's finest who trashed the place and I had to bring in the police to recover damages.

Do you have a few houses for rent? Looking in Early July to rent. Me, my girlfriend and a dog. Prefer not to be in a crowded area but if you have a few wouldn't mind getting your details and meeting up when the time is right?

I have always found Hua Hin an easy place to rent out my little house. Been renting it out for 15 years and have always found new tenants easily. There are a lot of people looking for cheap, well maintained properties. Not so many people looking for larger houses and the market is very price sensitive.

Just out of interest how much do you rent your property out for?
