City Water Supply Reliability West Hua Hin

Post by tedblack »

Hello all!
Can anyone provide some current feedback on city water supply, the good & not so good news?
I have read some of the other posts here but looking for more updated recent info as I was looking to purchase a property in one of the west area estates.
Info of water supply reliability in estate areas west of HH like Orchid Palms, Avenue 88, The Lees, Red Mountain etc zones would be much appreciated.
Cheers

Hi there

We rented a villa on Soi 88 near the Lees for six weeks last year. No government water supply, all external storage tanks. Needed water every couple of days for "normal" use but when we had some house guests (4) needed water every day. Supplier was ok and always arrived if sometimes a bit later than arranged...joy of living in Thailand.

There are housing estates in that area that have good water supply from water companies. Ave 88 Exec's and all Orchid Palm homes have secured good water deliveries via water companies. Don't know the status of any others in area but know there are problems with water in that area.
