Putting in new kitchen

Anyone have experience putting in kitchen cabinets and appliances? I am buying a new home that has no kitchen. I am going to order new cabinets and counter from IKEA and the appliances. I guess it won't be too hard to do but doubt I can do it alone. I have tools and a drill but nothing to cut the hole in the wall for the exhaust fan. Thanks for any advice.

I think you can pay a bit extra and they will install it for you
