Mini digger/Kubota

Does anyone know someone with a mini digger or similar, with blade, that can move and level soil, but with a width restriction of a bit over 3 metres?

Pranburi area, not a lot of soil, 3 trucks worth, but rather a lot to do by hand.

Yes, I do know someone who has two of these machines. He's a really nice guy that you can trust and rely on, but he doesn't speak English so you will need someone to deal with the language barrier.
