Does anyone here have experience buying beachfront land in the Hua Hin, Pranburee, Cha Um type area?
I realise agents will probably have listings and asking prices but am particularly interested in experiences, even second hand ones. Such as the land price and location, sale price compared to asking price, and if there's any special building requirements being on the beach.
