Opinions on living at sea craze

Post by jingjoe »

Looks like a nice condo building, the management seems to do a reasonable job, but seems to be a lot of units for sale!.
I know it is at the end of koh takiap, maybe too far from town? Beach is near and quite nice..any opinions on living there , good or bad, is it too noisy, too many weekend air bnbers ruining it for the residence...why so many for sale?

Hey Jingjoe,

A friend of mine has a place at Sea Craze and is very happy. She says very quiet, one of the biggest pools. good maintenance and the security company is doing a fair job. It was build 5 years ago and prices went up due to south Hua Hin being developed. Since quite a few people bought it as an investment when the prices were low, they are throwing it out on the market now.

Another perk is you can cut through the back street onto Petchkasem easily without going through all of Khao Takiap.

Hope this helps a little....

Cheers,
B.

It's also a 5 minute walk from the Santheew station so very easy for catching a cheap ride into town

A friend lived at Sea Craze for a while and liked everything about it... except for weekends and holidays, when children (mostly unsupervised, he noted) made quite a bit of early morning noise rampaging in the corridors and shrieking loudly in the pool. But, to be fair, kids aren't quiet; he knew you have to expect/accept some noise if you live in a condo and I'm sure Sea Craze is no worse than others. It was only an issue for him because he'd moved there from a tranquil villa environment and just couldn't get used to condo living.

They are fixing the roads in and around the Sea Craze area (Sept. 2017). It's looks messy and muddy especially after rain, be careful when driving or riding the motorbike.
