Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

Problem solved!

The leak was from the incoming pipe UNDER the house. Had to dig in under and follow the pipes to the toilet, shower sink and so on. One pipe had came off in a connection (it had not been glued). Had some good plumbers fixing it. They had to break up the concrete floor around the house but all in all the job took about for days and cost 10000bath. Im happy that the leak was not in the walls!

Good news!

Water joints in Thailand not being glued? Who would have thought.... You posted about this problem in October, did it take you over two months to find the plumber? :D

I'd also like to have their details if you could post it. Do they speak any English?

My problem is now resolved. Spencer of SPS and his boys sorted it out. Can't thank them enough for thier professional attitude. Once I contacted them they came straight away and sorted the problem out in record time.
