I currently expect to retire in January of 2019. After which I will sell my current home and move. Right now my wife and I are trying to decide between Thailand and the Philippines for our first year of retirement. I want to stay a year so I will pursue a Retirement Visa prior to coming. I suspect we will move between February and March of 2019.
What I want to do is try to figure out what the market is in Hua Hin for a 2-3 bedroom furnished condo or villa with a pool (community is fine) and a gym. Not sure what to expect for cost per month for a year lease. I am guessing 20-30K Baht but I am sure it could also go much higher.
