That was the task all those years ago for my Law dissertation.
I still think I've got it in hand written version in the UK.
Any person who judges someone solely on the basis of the above just dosn't deserve to be in this country.

There were no arguments as I saw them then. The new laws, at that time, were progressive regarding colour and sex. It was a time of change in the above respects.
However, they never went far enough at the time.
Years later, an old university friend is MD of two national newspapers in the UK - and she's woman.
Another is in a very senior positon with a major software company.
Both their husbands look after the kids.
Talk about a role reversal.
