Looking for Baking Tins

Post by magobligin » Sat Oct 13, 2012 10:20 am

I do not know the exact population of Hua Hin but I would have thought that there are enough residents to support a shopping establishment that sells baking tins however my search for this item in the shops of HH was unsuccessful. A lady assistant in INDEX suggested I go to a cake shop and ask them if they had any.?

My fellow forum colleagues can any of you help me find a 12" (2-Piece) round baking tin?

Any help will be appreciated.

Maybe Villa Market or Tescos

I've seen some stuff there but I was just browsing. Expensive I think

Failing that try a cake shop, coffee shop or Victoria bar up soi 80. Barry does a lot of cooking

Fly Now had quite an extensive kitchen shop when I was there yesterday. However, I couldn't say whether they had what you are looking for. Most things there were quite pricy though.

I saw a collection of baking tins in Villa yesterday - maybe they have what you need?

Not in Hua Hin but any Central Department Store has a decent selection of baking tins

I bought mine at Makro - good selection, quality and price.

There is a shop on Petchkasem Rd, right opposite Soi 51, that stocks all types of baking ingredient requirements. (not cooking equipment)

Makro probably have the widest selection of baking ingredients in one shop, but for anything out of the ordinary, you might need to try one of the other shops such as Villa Market.
