Pronunciation........
OK, off the beaten track a bit here, but I've heard several different pronunciations for Hua Hin with each individual insisting on it's correctness...
So, for the record - what is the correct pronunciation (not necessarily listed below): -
"Who Hin"
"Whah Hin"
"Who-ah Hin"

"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things" - Yma o Hyd.

I even went to the FAQ page just to check and run the test. The test said I was configured correctly (my wife would disagree on that one) but could not get anything else to work!
The Sawadee sounds came out of my speakers then, but when I went back to the original link, nothing, zilch, nada.
Edit Just tried again and now I get the sounds OK??? and if you type Hua Hin into the dictionary you get a completely different translation to the link page?
Forget the bit about holidays etc, the Hua Hin bit is very clearly not what the link pronunciation says.

Try this, go to the FAQ page (link half way down on the left) on that site and try the WMA test first. If you can hear sounds on the test then go to the next here link and test the "external" audio sounds.
Select (check) the Embedded box and the WMA box and save the options.
That should give you another FIREFOX option in your sounds (right click on the little speaker symbol in bottom right of your screen and open volume mixer you will see a new FF addition.
That's what I did but not in a geeky type of way, more of an idiot stumbling around in a dark room, bumping into the furniture type of way.
But it worked.
EDIT to add the next Paras
If that does not work go to the bottom of the page where you did the EMBEDDED bit and check that your computer/FF Supports AJAX.
At the very bottom of the page you will see if it does. Highlited in the next para.
