Eye Doctor (specialist) in HH

Guys, I had a search of the forums for an Eye Doctor and could not find a reference to one. Any ideas where I can find one in HH?

I have been on the road for some time now and I have a couple of health issues that need sorting out. I am proposing on staying in HH for several days to get to dentists and doctors. And a bit of r&r.

What I need however is an Eye Doctor, any information will be greatly appreciated. Note I do not need a GP, I have gone beyond that stage.

I have a large cyst in one eye that is not responding to treatment. The last doctor I saw told me that if the course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory pills that he gave me did not work then I needed to see a specialist. Those medications have certainly helped but now that they have ended I still have the problem. So according to the last GP I need to see a specialist.
We are not talking life threatening stuff here nor vision threatening, just trying to stop looking like a one eyed zombie....

I would recommend Dr.Pirahat(that might not be exact spelling) he is located on Petchkasem road on the corner of the first small Soi on south side of Market Village. He treated me a few months back and I found him very professional, others I know had recommended him to me also.

Yes, my son used him 2 weeks ago.

He will be on holiday from Nov 2nd to 6th, but will then be open every day except Sunday from 9am to 12 noon and 5pm to 8pm.

Recently, I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Pairat, and I am very pleased with the results. He uses Bangkok Hospital for this surgery, but at a lower cost.
