Oxygen available for purchase in Hua Hin?

I know and expat with Parkinson's Disease who is desperate to purchase an oxygen bottle and regulator. He is not wealthy and needs the lowest price possible. Do you know where to buy and price?

If I remember correct, I think it's a shop in soi 68, close to Petchkasem Rd. who might have it.
Some years ago I helped a neighbour to rent a regulator + a huge and heavy bottle of oxygen that lasted at least 12 hours. Have no idea if they have smaller bottles and don't know the price.
