There is a clinic on the top floor, left hand side, nearest to the escalators in MV who have a dermatologist who speaks english. I believe he is only available for consultation in the afternoons,i visited him the middle of last year, and he resolved my problem.

There's a young lady Dermatologist immediately next to Avis car hire on the way into HH from Cha Am. Just past Index then Hafele. She's open about 5 -8 weekdays and Saturday mornings. Well qualified and comes well recommended.

Depends what you want.

If you need some spots or rashes clearing up, then any of the street clinics should be able to help.

If you are concerned about mole changes such as malignant melanomas, or basal cell carcinomas, keratoses and other sun damage, then a reputable hospital clinic would be a better bet, and I wouldnt waste my time in Hua Hin, I would go to one of the hospitals in Bangkok where they have some experience with the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers.

I went to the Rajdhevee Clinic on the top floor of Market Village, on the left side looking toward the theater. The doctor and staff all speak excellent English. I was taken right in, diagnosed me with a patch of dermatitis. He sent me home with a steroid cream and covering gel. Total cost 530 baht. Went back a week later for a review, looked much better, no charge. He told me to use the gel for another 2 weeks, and now it's fully cleared up. Doctor is in the clinic Noon - 8 PM. Highly recommended.

I have been there twice for mosquito bites and other stuff and I have to agree the guy is really good. I am actually taking my girlfriend there right now to see him. I just hope they are open on Mothers Day!
