Wrist/elbow doctor

can anyone recommend a really good doctor for an as yet unspecified injury between elbow and wrist, so an upper limb doctor/surgeon is what im after i guess? can look on google but if anyone has had personal experience all the better, tried fixing in UK but waste of time, if they don't see a broken bone they send you away! i know a couple of good physios in HH and maybe they can suggest someone when i get there in 2 weeks but ideally id like to set up a consultation asap,im familair with Bangkok hospital on Pechakasem but not the others, many thanks
