RELIABLE Dentist and Optician

Looking for a reliable Dentist and Optician,

nothing special: yearly check up and having my eyes checked (for glasses).
But so far only bad experiences (in Bangkok): bad quality , high prices....
Anyone can reckommend ?

Ok thanks, new to this forum, so have to find my way, dud search on dentist but nothing useful showed up, guess did wrong way of searching ?!
