Gym Pool and steam sauna

I'm looking for a decent gym..hopefully something open at 6am..no later than 7....a 25meter pool....and a steam sauna...Hopefully with everything on one site...but if its separate that's ok too...any suggestions???

I think Sport Villa meets that criterion, although not sure about opening times.

Yeah I called them...8am and no steam but dry sauna..I prefer the steam...do you know if there are like regular steam saunas in and around the area

the one in soi 88 is very good although a little on the dear side at 400 baht per visit

for a steam sauna just walk around outside.

Thanks..I called them and unfortuanately no sauna and obviously no pool...hard to find a place with the combo...or even separate

I see that some of the real nice 5 star hotels have gyms steams a nd pools and was wondering if you or anyone knows if they offer memberships to non guests

Palm Hills has a large pool, sauna ( not sure if steam) in the men's locker room and a small gym. Not sure it's open early enough for you though.
Enjoying 'Retirement'....So many jobs to do, I don't know how I ever had time to work!
