Please also be aware that Valentine's Day is also Makha Bucha Day (a religious holiday), so, officially, their will be no alcohol for sale, including in restaurants. Unofficially many places will still be selling, but maybe not so easy for you to find.
Only the crumbliest, flakiest Winkie....
