Teams in England's League Two could play in Scottish Premiership

This is always a controversial subject, but its about a Scotsman who has had an element of success in both countries, so I guess he knows what he is talking about.

Maybe they'd struggle against Scotland's elite, but so do most Scottish teams.

OK, the article is a few months old, but the subject of the article is still experiencing an element of success in the English leagues.

Although he does go on to qualify his statement, that the top 3 or 4 teams from the English 2nd Division could play in the Scottish PL.

Even the top 3 or 4 is quite a statement. More often than not, a couple of the promoted teams struggle in English League 1.
