What gives you the right to slag off other posters, ridicule other posters and openly insult people?
caller wrote:What has any of this to do with Tax at El Murphy's? :? :?
Exactly!

If you think it is your right then I suggest you start another thread.
Better still, get together with a couple of others on here that consider themselves above all others and go start an online forum of your own where you can spend each day insulting each other.
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

The last umpteen posts have had nothing to do with 'Tax' but it's generating this wonderful thing called 'Discussion' - Heard of it?

And if SJ were to reply to your above post and wipe the floor with you with his intelligent writing you would then come back with your secret weapon and say....

Regarding the Tax at Murphy's I can't really see the problem and am pretty miffed how the thread has managed to get to 8 pages.

The tax is not hidden

The tax is very easy to work out

The tax doesn't make it an expensive experience for what you're getting

Guess it's just folks doing the whole 'nickel n dime' thing.........in the end, if ya don't like it then don't go in there, which is probably the proprietor's stance too.

In my opinion I could not really give a dam about the tax it's transparent anyway, it's a good breakfast option being air-conditioned and a very big plus for me, is I like to catch up with the news on there Sky tv.
I have met the guys a couple of times and I think it's well run and a good establishment.
On my next trip to Hua Hin I will go there as we now have a baby.

Nope, but it is family friendly I wouldn't take my little one into a lot of bars for the obvious reasons.

My son used to choose the bars for us when he was younger. He was normally attracted by the pretty light and balloons rather than the staff.
