Post by irishmedic » Fri Oct 16, 2015 1:08 am

Hi guys first post , worked in Thailand many moons ago see all the usual things one will see here over time . Staying in Hua Hin for a while....and ventured to The White House Bar tonight & can only say what a well run bar with a touch of class ! So refreshing to see a cool bar like this ! First venture down soi 80 and have to say it had a great atmosphere. Well done The White House !

Didn't think I would ever hear 'Soi 80' and 'Touch of Class' in the same sentence.......or 'White House Bar' for that matter............ :naughty:

As I said , first venture on to Soi 80 and "touch " being the operative word.....Any preferences for Soi 80 yourself Page or not your cup of tea ?

There isn't a touch of class in soi 80. Mind you I don't mind a tipple in Saloon 80 Bar and the new Red Dragon Bar

Reminder to self not to post when drunk ☺. No in fairness stopped in for one and had a glass and played pool with the owner and some of his mates and was given the next one on the house even though I made it clear I wasn't staying , I am not a gullible person and can tell when someone is being polite or running a game . Anyhow good experience for me and returned to my nest that was already feathered. ......
