Cocktails

I know everybody does a few cocktails, but does anybody know of bars that have lots to choose from not the same old same old. octopussy does more than 100 are there any more.

Many bars will make whatever cocktail you want, so long as you are able to tell them how to make it and they have the ingredients...

Thanks AtA DIM, then most bars could make me a Range Rover if I tell them how and they have the bits.

Possibly, but it would likely be a couterfeit of poor quality.
