He asked for a tac hammer and got a track hammer. Complaints to staff at HomePro were taken much more seriously in those days!

Sometimes I wonder if people make an effort to find things offensive.clinton114 wrote:hmmm... an unfortunate choice of photos for the competition this week, considering the news
The choice of photos was made last week, but I have to say I doubt it would ever occur to me to connect the photo with the incident you refer to.

It would have been impossible for dtaai-maai to have known about this terrible murder when he posted the picture. He posted his picture on the 7th July and the Bangkok Post Posted put it on paper on the 8th July.dtaai-maai wrote:Sometimes I wonder if people make an effort to find things offensive.clinton114 wrote:hmmm... an unfortunate choice of photos for the competition this week, considering the news

I personally would not connect the picture with the tragic assault at all. What springs to my mind is more of a Charlie Chaplin film.
We cannot connect events with caption Competition pictures...suppose there were pictures of some of young girls? Would we think of Rolf Harris? No, don't think so.
I rest my case m'lord
