To judge the caption competition. Judges will be used on a rotational basis, and will be barred from entering the competition on their rotation week. It's a bit of fun, so no worries, your decision will be final. If you'd like to join the crew, just let me know here, and I'll be in touch sometime after 15 July, when this notice will close.
I'm also happy to pick up the mantle!!

Thanks guys, we now have 4 guest judges. We'll let the request run its course as planned.

Nothing wrong with cheating. In fact I get great pleasure when disqualifying illegal entries

Thank you very much to prcscct who is our first guest judge in season 2. This week's top 5:

5th Migrant with "BREAKING NEWS: Politicians declare football too rough, changes, demonstrated in a picture here, will be implemented next season"

4th Kendo with "I wonder if my hot air can make that bubble rise."

3rd Jimbob with "Debt bubble? housing bubble? Nah, Jose is working on the Rooney bubble"

2nd Pharvey with "Jose's peculiar penchant for Fairy Liquid was taking it's toll."

1st place goes to Bluesky with "Jose finally worked out why his mouthwash tasted like bubble bath"

Thank you very much to all who participated.

Bluesky you now have until 23:59 on 16 July 17 to post the next entry. Competition results will be announced on 21 July 17.

^ What surprised me with this one is that no one (unless it went over my head  ) compared the bubble to a football, with the ensuing caption about headers. Pete

Edit: Migrant touched on it though......
