Another RIP, Glenn Frey

The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them. I shall use my time.

RIP Glenn Frey

Post by Frank La Rue »

This winter seems no good for Rock, first Lemmy from Motorhead, then David Bowie, now Glenn Frey from the Eagles:

I have enjoyed his music endless times and rushed off to buy "Hell Freezes Over" when released in 1996. Who does not remember the accoustic version of "Hotel California"

RIP Glenn Frey
One Day I'm gona die. I can live with that.

Wow, big loss. I followed him and bought his music even when the Eagles were not together. His album "The Allnighter" is still one of the favorites in my collection.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Tragic loss. He co-wrote Hotel California with Henley and Don Felder, and composed a number of the band's biggest songs on his own, including Heartache Tonight and Lyin' Eyes.
RIP Will be sadly missed.
I play hotel California all the time...it reminds me of good times!
