Hey buksida, maybe it would help if you make it clearer, that the two red text lines are links to be clicked on, it caught me out for a while, Steve.

As a couple of people have suggested we may have to think about changing the way we do this.

I actually got the idea from another forum that runs very popular monthly photo competitions in this format, upload direct to the forum, entries stay hidden, runs every month.

I thought with Hua Hin being a tourist town there would be lots of readers eager to show their pics, either I was wrong it was too difficult to follow the instructions.

May also be an idea to enable picture uploading for all members and not just those who have applied ... but then us Mods will be busier!

the whole idea & set up is ok.
i'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to this sort of thing but didnt find any problems whatsoever getting my pic loaded.
the only thing i did have to do was ask for confirmation whether my photo had actually been received, as you well know buksida.

buksida,
It sounds like you are getting frustrated by the lack of entries. I hope it keeps going.
I have not entered because, as BB has previously said, I dont take photos very often, mainly on holidays. Apart from that I am working 7 days per week.
I am however looking forward to seeing the photos and I ask everyone to enter, even if they are not winners. We want to see them.

Will run the actual comp at the end of the month, see if we get any more entries.

Looks like it will be a one off though

I will make the effort and go for a walk and take a few random photos before the end of the month. I will then have my own individual contest, and submit the best (of what will be a bad bunch) to the competition.

Hopefully, something will be better than nothing.
