Went to Hat Sai Noi this morning for the first time in a long time.
Beautiful morning, clear water, lovely and peaceful, we were there about an hour and a half. 170 baht!

I go there quite a bit when I'm in town, I often eat in a small restaurant nearby and go to Sai Noi for a beer afterwards. If you sit at the tables on the right instead of on a sunbed, you'll only get charged for the drinks.
It used to be very cheap to eat down there until there was a failed attempt to build a classy development near the beach which caused a change in the owners of the beach food stalls and an increase in prices. Now you can get better food at many of the small places between Petchakasem road and the beach. I often use one that has a view over the fishing lake in Khao Tao village.
