The one next to the Grand Market is the main one.
If a decent fighter is fighting in HH it'll be at that one.

D10 on the map.

How often are the fights run? Weekly? Which nights usually?

It's twice weekly at Grand Market, 9pm Fridays and forgotten which other day. I'm desperate to go but no-one to go with :(

Ok just checked and it's only on the once at Grand on a Friday from 9pm. I musta been thinking of the other place being on the second day... possibly Thai Boxing Garden on a Weds? Their website is down at the min, sorry. But here's a FB page for Grand:

The next fight will be on Thursday 30th.
Friday is the New Year's Eve so the fight night is rescheduled to be one day earlier.
Fights start around 9pm but "Thai time" applies :D

Btw. tonight there is Rock & Roll concert by Peter Driscoll Cruisers, starting at 9pm.
If I remember right the ticket price is 200 Baht.

I've just come back from spending 6 hours at a Muay Thai event that was held in the Samorprong area of HH and I absolutely loved it.... I'll be heading back to the venue tomorrow for a few lessons. Also, met some lovely people there too. : cheers :

I suppose that was some kind of party & thai boxing evening combined?
I live quite close and in the morning there were drunk people still laying on the street :D

It was indeed. When I went back the next day for training there were a group of people still there from the night before (including a few of the local 'law enforcement') - Oh how I love Thailand :D

Well, the self-defense training program does not rely on boxing; you can join various martial arts training such as Muay thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts as well. If you look into this then you can realize it that – training these self-defense techniques hold many benefits, which can give you strength, agility, balance, endurance, and coordination, in additional can help you to lean you as well.
