Training center/Gym

Hi all, I live in Pattaya and coming in to Hua Hin on weekends. When Im there, id like to keep my work outs going. Does anyone know a good joint for weight training, and even some yoga classes? I'll be paying for individual day passes probably, so a reasonable price for that would be good.

Any tips are greatly appreciated, thanks.

you should also consider doing the Saturday evening Hash if you are a runner.

Great workout! Run or walk for around an hour, 5-10Kms, 500-1000 Kcals. Also a good opportunity to meet some very nice gentle-people. There is usually food and drinks afterwards if you're up for that.
Great way to explore Prachaup Khiri Khan on foot will some real jungle terrain.

you would have to be finished work at 16:00 and leave straight for the Hash trail. If you don't have a car or bike then you will need to hitch a lift with someone. I can take you if in H.H.
Consider rearranging your work schedule if possible as it's usually around the same time every Saturday evening.

But if you drive on klong road going north you turn left over the bridge at the second 7/11 and just before 7/11 you go right and pass Dizzi Dolphin and 50 meter on your right its there in a town house.

They open 08.00 and close 21.00

actully I only seen two people in ther but they only have open for a few days but will go there tommorrow
and check it out.
Normally I goe to sportvilla but this is only 1 min. drive from my house so i give a try.

Have to buy a new raincoat as the old one is worn up.

here is the cordinate for the gym in smorprong : 12.599378, 99.943466
was there today and the bicycles and running machine wich i use seems a little cheaper than SP
but its ok for me and when the weather is not for a swim after fitness I will defendtly go there
since its only 400 m. from my home.

No pictures since camera kaput.
