Damn - I always thought it was New Years Day and Songkran - didn't realise you did 2 days at Songkran.

Oh well, looks like the beach then.

That Stéphane Goin group Terry that's highlighted on Facebook is the first time I've seen anyone appear to have caught one each of your big species all in the same day? Very impressive. Perhaps he's a pro fisherman, or a very serious hobby. Pete

Yes Pete the guy is a serious angler but his catch, although good, was not that spectacular.

He was on our "Day Package" which meant he was using two rods and had full time attention of one of my baitboys.

I would rate his gcatch as "good"

The best performance by far has been by one of my regular visitors who managed 42 fish of 11 different species in one day on one rod. 8)

The best on two rods has been 44 with 7 different species. :)

Sometimes it is difficult to remember all these stats

I'm delighted to announce that Tripadvisor have awarded Hua Hin Fishing Lodge their Certificate of Excellence for the third successive year….
On behalf of the Lodge, I am truly very delighted to have won this award which again serves to recognise the hard work and dedication of my wife Win and her staff in the restaurant and Khun Noi and the guys who work on the ponds and keep our place looking so well cared for. Not to forget Khun Jeab who takes care of our general admin and the traders.
Running a successful Fishing Lodge is extremely hard work and the 2016 award is a testament to the ongoing dedication of our staff.
Finally of course it goes without saying that I am extremely grateful to all those customers who have taken their own time to review us, for the most part, in a very positive way. To you all, I say a very heartfelt thank you very much - it is greatly appreciated, and of course also to Tripadvisor for the award.

Terry very pleased for you and your family and hard working team yet another well deserved accolade. I've got some of my fondest memory's of happy days at the lodge drinking ice cold beers good food and plenty of rod action  and beating Big Boy in a sporting contest.
I always regard days at the lodge as a highlight of my vacation and look forward to coming back ( and beating Big Boy again) and ticking a few more species' off the list. See you soon maybe August or after New Year!
