The new school building is so far away from hua hin along a small dangerous road. I am surprised that it is even called a school in hua hin when it is so far away.

During school driving hours i'd guess about an hour to drive there and back from hua hin town and that 2 times a day. No thank you.
The land was probably so cheap there but i' not wasting my childs life or my life in order for someone to save a few bucks on land.

For Somtawin it would have been great if they could have secured-obtained existing facilities of another struggling school.

Stamford's being best in the back of Palm Hills. Nice more secure area, ritzy neighborhood.

Webster's layout is probably OK but its a little far out there also. Somebody was saying Webster's enrollment was down to only 180 students last term and then it will dip even further this time of year coming up as you head into the American School systems summer.

I'm thinking Webster Thailand is tax write-off for St Louis thats why a non-performing school is allowed to hang on.

If Somtawin is that far out then it sounds like they are abandoning the market for a proper operation to swoop in.

This all takes money. Land values in Hua Hin are rather high. If I was loaded I'd open a school.

Friend of mine has just been up there, said it looks almost complete and should be opening next term.
