Whatever the risks are, the road to and from the airport is still about a thousand odd times more dangerous than the flight!

I enjoy the short hop Asian flights; they can be quite eventful.
Not like the long haul, where it is just a question as to how you combat the boredom, sleep usually works for me

Yeah, Thai pilots come from their military and no doubt some form of nepotism is involved to get to fly jets rather than pure ability and merit.

So I suppose I'm lucky that half the time Air Asia rejects my credit card. This morning it didn't. Ticket is for a domestic flight. From the confirmation page:
